Returns are Easy!

What items are returnable?

  • Items that are returned within 30 days of your order shipment 
  • Items in original condition, unused, unwashed and unworn
  • Refunds are processed in two ways; issued back to the original method of payment or with store credit (see below)

What items are non-returnable?

  • Clearance/Sale items
  • Customised/Personalised items

Other Return details:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Items purchased with a promotional code are not refunded at full price, items will be pro-rated to reflect the discount price so that the price paid for the item will be refunded
  • If your item was purchased during a free shipping promotion or shipped for free, the standard shipping charge will be deducted from your refund
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping should they want an item back if items are returned that are not eligible for returns

How soon will my refund be processed?

  • Please allow 10 business days from the date your return is received for your refund to be processed

Damaged/Defective Items?

  • Damaged items must be reported within 5 days of receiving the goods.  Please inspect your items upon arrival


  • At this time, we are unable to exchange items.  Please place a new order on the website for a different size, colour or product using your store credit from your return

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

  • Orders returned due to insufficient addresses are treated as returns if we are unable to get corrected shipping information.  We will refund the cost of the items minus the original shipping cost.  The buyer is responsible for shipping charges to reship the order if an insufficient or incorrect address is provided during checkout

How do I change or cancel my order?

  • Please contact us as soon as possible to change or cancel an order.  We will try to facilitate as much as we can but if an order has already gone into production please understand that we are unable to cancel some orders
